Understanding Discounts in Shopiators

Explains the promotional architecture in the Admin Panel, including percentage discounts, fixed reductions, and coupon code configurations.

Before You Begin

• Access the Admin Panel with permissions to manage marketing and promotions.
• Review your store product pricing to establish appropriate discount boundaries.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Navigate to Sales in Sidebar

From the Admin Panel sidebar, navigate to Commerce and click Sales.

Step 2: Open Discounts Directory

Select Discounts (URL: /admin/sales/discounts) to view all store coupon codes and promotional rules.

Step 3: Inspect Discounts Table

Review active and expired promotions showing Discount Code, Status toggle, Value, Minimum purchase conditions, and Schedule.

Step 4: Manage Active Codes

Use the Copy Code button to copy coupon text, the toggle switch to activate/deactivate, or click Create Discount to build a new offer.
