How to Delete or Unpublish a Product
Explains how to permanently remove discontinued items or manage unavailable products so customers cannot order them.
Before You Begin
- Confirm that the item is no longer sold or should be completely removed from the catalog.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Locate Product in Catalog Table
In your Admin Panel, click Products to open the catalog management list.
Step 2: Click Delete Action
Locate the product row and click the Delete (trash) icon on the right side of the row.
Step 3: Confirm Permanent Removal
Confirm the deletion prompt. The item is immediately removed from your catalog and storefront.
What You Should See
- The item removed from the Admin Products list and returning a 404 or disappearing from catalog browsing on the storefront.
