Understanding Customers in Shopiators

Introduces how customer profiles are created, tracked, and organized within the Admin Panel.

Before You Begin

  • Access your Shopiators Admin Panel.
  • Familiarize yourself with your store customer registration and checkout settings.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Open Customers View

In your Admin Panel sidebar, expand Commerce and click Sales.

Step 2: Select Customers

Click Customers (URL: /admin/customers) to open the merchant customer directory.

Step 3: Search or Filter Customers

Use the Search customers… input box to search buyers by name, email, or role.

Step 4: Inspect Customer Profiles

Review columns: Customer Name, Email, Role, City, Pincode, and Phone Number.

Step 5: View Customer History

Click the View (eye) icon or customer row to open their profile showing past orders, total spend, and delivery addresses.

What You Should See

  • A centralized directory of shoppers who have engaged with or ordered from your online store.

Common Problems & Troubleshooting

Problem: Customer Profile Not Appearing in Directory

Solution: Confirm the customer successfully completed their purchase or registered their account without checkout interruption.
