How to Add a Sale Price

Explains how to configure promotional strike-through pricing so customers can see their savings directly on catalog cards and product pages.

Before You Begin

  • Decide on the discounted selling price and confirm the higher original reference price.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Open Product Details

In the Admin Panel, select Products and choose the item you wish to discount.

Step 2: Set the Compare-at Price

Enter the higher original regular price in the Compare-at Price field.

Step 3: Set the Lower Selling Price

Enter the discounted sale amount in the standard Price field.

Step 4: Save and Inspect Storefront

Click Save Product and view the storefront to verify the strikethrough display.

  • The original price shown with a strikethrough next to the active sale price on your storefront.
