How to Add Product Images

Walks merchants through uploading clear, engaging product photography to item listings to maximize customer conversion.

Before You Begin

  • Prepare well-lit product photos in standard JPG, PNG, or WEBP formats.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Open Product Form

Navigate to Products and click Add Product or select an existing item to edit.

Step 2: Locate Image Upload Zone

Scroll to the Product Images section on the form.

Step 3: Upload Images

Drag your photo file into the upload box or click to select the image file from your device.

Step 4: Save and Inspect Live Listing

Click Save Product and preview the item on your storefront to check image clarity and zoom display.

  • High-resolution product imagery displaying cleanly in catalog thumbnails and on the product detail page.

Common Problems & Troubleshooting

Image Fails to UploadCheck that your file size is reasonable and file format is a standard image extension (PNG, JPG, JPEG, WEBP).
