How to Add Important Store Pages

Pages like About, Contact, Shipping Policy, and Returns build trust with new customers. This article covers how to add them.

What needs confirming

  • Whether a standalone Pages feature exists in the dashboard
  • If not, where policy and About/Contact content actually gets added
  • Whether pages created here automatically appear in navigation, or need manually adding via Menu Management (Article 14 “How to Configure Store Navigation“)

Needed: Wherever store pages (About, Contact, policies) are created — this entire article depends on confirming this exists and where it lives before it can be written accurately.

Pages worth having before launch

🔗 See also: See Category 1, Article 7 “What Information Do I Need Before Setting Up My Store“ for the policy content (shipping, returns, privacy, terms) worth drafting in advance, regardless of where it ultimately gets published.
