Before You Begin

Step 1: Inspect Inbound Returned Parcel
Upon delivery from the courier, check that outer packaging is intact and verify that the shipping label matches the returned order ID.

Unbox the package and inspect items to confirm they remain unused, undamaged, and complete with all tags.
Step 3: Update Order and Inventory Records
Mark the order status as Returned/RTO in the Admin Panel and restock undamaged items back into available product inventory.
Step 4: Process Payment Reconciliations
If the order was prepaid, process the refund per your store return policy, deducting allowable shipping fees if specified in your terms.
