How to Search and Filter Orders

Details how to use search bars and filter tools in the Orders management screen to locate specific orders quickly.

Before You Begin

  • Identify the customer name, order number, or date range you want to look up.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Open the Orders Table

Navigate to Orders in the Admin Panel sidebar.

Step 2: Use the Search Field

Enter the customer name, email, phone number, or order ID into the search input box.

Step 3: Apply Status Filters

Filter orders by fulfillment status (e.g., Pending, Processing, Shipped, or Delivered).
