How to View a New Order
Details how to open, read, and interpret the complete information record associated with an individual customer order.
Before You Begin
- Log in to your Shopiators Admin Panel.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Open All Orders Queue
From the Admin Panel sidebar, click Commerce -> Sales -> All Orders.
Step 2: Locate the Order Row
Find the order you wish to inspect.

Step 3: Click View Order Icon
Click on the order row to open the complete Order Details dialog.
Step 4: Inspect Customer & Shipping Details
Review the customer name, phone number, shipping address, ordered items, and paid amount.
What You Should See
- The full order summary card showing product lines, subtotal, shipping fee, and delivery address.
Common Problems & Troubleshooting
Problem: Order Details Page Fails to Load
Solution: Refresh your browser and ensure your network connection is stable.
