How to Enable Online Payments

Guides merchants through enabling supported online payment channels so customers can complete orders with digital payment methods.

Before You Begin

  • Ensure your commercial merchant account credentials are ready for integration.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Open Payment Settings

Navigate to Store -> Settings -> Payment in your Admin Panel sidebar.

Step 2: Open UPI Configuration

Under Manual Payment Methods, click Configure UPI Payment (URL: /admin/settings/payment/upi).

Step 3: Enable UPI Payment

Toggle the Enable setting to true to make UPI visible at checkout.

Step 4: Enter UPI ID / VPA

Input your business UPI Virtual Payment Address (e.g. storename@okaxis or business@upi).

Step 5: Upload QR Code Image

Upload your UPI payment QR code image so customers can scan and complete payment using their preferred UPI application.

Step 6: Input Payee Display Name

Enter the exact business name registered with your UPI account.

Step 7: Save Configuration

Click Save Settings in the top sticky header.

  • Digital payment options displayed alongside Cash on Delivery during storefront checkout.

Common Problems & Troubleshooting

Problem: Online Gateway Fails to Connect

Solution: Double-check that your account keys and environment modes match your payment provider dashboard specifications.
