Understanding Payments in Shopiators

Introduces store owners to payment configuration options in Shopiators, outlining supported payment channels and checkout options.

Before You Begin

  • Review the payment preferences of your target customer audience.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Open Settings in Sidebar

In your Admin Panel sidebar, expand Store and click Settings.

Step 2: Select Payment Settings

Click Payment to open the payment configuration directory at /admin/settings/payment.

Step 3: Review Payment Options

Inspect the available options: online payment methods and manual payment methods (Cash on Delivery, Bank Transfer, and Manual UPI).

Step 4: Open Specific Provider Configuration

Click Configure COD, Configure Bank Transfer, or Configure UPI to access internal settings.

What You Should See

  • Active payment methods configured and selectable on your customer checkout page.

Common Problems & Troubleshooting

Problem: Checkout Page Shows No Payment Options

Solution: Ensure at least one payment method is set to Show on Checkout and saved.
