How Do I Know My Store Is Ready to Launch?
There’s always one more thing you could improve — but at some point, “ready” beats “perfect.” This article is a final readiness review, pulling together everything from Articles 1–14 into one pass.
The readiness review
- Business details and currency are set (I Just Joined Shopiators. What Should I Do First)
- At least a handful of products are live with real photos and descriptions (How Do I Add My First Product)
- A payment method is connected and verified (How Do I Configure Payments Before Launch)
- A shipping rate is configured, even a simple flat rate (How Do I Configure Shipping Before Launch)
- Your custom domain is connected and resolving correctly, if you’re using one (How Do I Connect My Domain)
- Your store design has been reviewed and adjusted from the AI-generated starting point (How Do I Customize My Store Design)
- A test order completed successfully end-to-end (How Do I Place a Test Order)
What “ready” does not mean
Ready doesn’t mean your full catalog is listed, your design is pixel-perfect, or you’ve thought of every edge case. It means a real customer can find a product, buy it, pay for it, and receive it — reliably. Everything beyond that is something you can keep improving after launch (see My Shopiators Store Is Live. What Should I Do Next).
If you’re still unsure
💡 Tip: When in doubt, run one more test order (How Do I Place a Test Order). It’s the fastest, most concrete way to confirm your store works — more useful than re-reading settings pages looking for something that might be wrong.
